Many manufacturers use false product description to get the consumer to buy an expensive cable. They usually claim that the difference between a $5 cable and a $50 one is the image and sound quality.
HDMI cables are all the same in terms of video and picture quality. All of them have the same copper wires inside that carry 0s and 1s from the source to the display. Any claim that a model offers better quality is false and it is only claimed to trick the buyer into spending a higher amount of money on something that offers no benefit at all.
A lot of people get tricked into spending more money without getting anything in return. The main difference between them is the quality of build, the length and the price. If a cable is sold for more than $20 then it better be extra long or otherwise it is not worth spending money on.
